Maddux vs Perry

When in doubt ? Bring Maddux out. In a carbon copy repeat performance of his
game 1 start Greg Maddux threw another 4 hit CG shutout. Perry once again pitched good enough to lose
and more importantly the Braves kept their season alive. Braves 2B, Marcus
Giles, was a perfect 4-4 at the plate, but no star shined brighter
than Maddux on this day.
Giants lead series 3-2.
